Stolzes Imperia

Der Name ist Program – denn stolz und impossant thront Imperia über dem Meer. Die Stadt besteht aus 2 Stadtteilen, dem historischen Porto Maurizio und dem modernen Oneglia und ist gleichzeitig Hauptstadt der gleichnamigen Provinz Imperia.

Das besondere an Imperia ist, dass es sich um eine sehr authentische Küstenstadt handelt, in der ganzjährig ein geschäftiges Treiben stattfindet. Es ist aähnlich wie auch Sanremo keine reine Touristenstadt, die außerhalb der Saison trostlos und verlassen wirkt.
